A very interesting subject on this breathwork thing. I read that shallow breathing is a natural response to stress. Anxiety leads to non-rhythmic breathing If the respiratory system is not working efficiently, there are additional detoxication tasks fall on other systems and organs including the kidneys, the liver, and the skin. Feelings of tiredness, anxiety and dispersion become habitual.
I lived the whole my life not knowing that I was breathing WRONG. That explains a lot for me personally.
